Shipping Policy

At GymShop Fitness LTD, we are committed to providing a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers. As part of this commitment, we offer shipping services that cater to both BC local and Canada-wide delivery.

GymShop fulfils all orders within 1-2 business days. Electric and Lifespan Fitness products are shipped from respective distribution warehouses in Calgary, Ontario or Saskatchewan within 1-2 business days as well. Read on to learn more about our shipping options and policies.

Free BC Local Shipping and Pickup Options

We are pleased to offer FREE and fast delivery on orders over $500 that are placed within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia Canada (West Vancouver to most of Chilliwack). Whether you are purchasing fitness products or gym equipment, you can take advantage of this cost-saving benefit! Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days for local orders!

Our free local shipping service ensures that your order will be delivered to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner. We are experienced in handling delicate and heavy items, ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition. After an order is placed, you will receive an email update from customerservice@gymshop.ca with your receipt and item details. Prior to delivery, we will call or send an email to confirm the delivery. Please note: ALL deliveries are delivered to the front door or curbside. If you are in an apartment, please leave a note to provide delivery instructions or arrange a time to be present to receive the delivery.

To qualify for free local shipping, simply add items to your cart until your total reaches $500 or more. The free shipping option will automatically be applied during checkout, and you can expect your order to be delivered within the specified timeframe. If the order is less than $500, the delivery fee will only be $35. Local orders are handled by GymShop Delivery Services.

Scheduling Pickups:

Please call 604-997-3886 or email us at customerservice@gymshop.ca to schedule a delivery driver pickup in Surrey or Burnaby only. (Orders are prepared from the warehouse before pickup).

Canada-Wide Delivery

In addition to our free local shipping, we also offer Canada-wide delivery at a competitive price. Whether you are located in a major city or a remote area, we strive to ensure that our products reach customers across the country.

Our Canada-wide delivery service is designed to be efficient and cost-effective. We have partnered with reputable shipping companies (UPS, Diamond Delivery & others) that specialize in nationwide distribution, allowing us to offer competitive rates for delivery to any location within Canada (additional costs may occur for remote areas).

When placing an order for delivery outside our local area, you will be given the Canada-wide delivery service during checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination address. Rest assured that we do our best to provide accurate and transparent shipping costs, so you know exactly what to expect.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected arrival date. We understand that timely delivery is important, and we strive to ensure that your products reach you in a prompt and reliable manner.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy on any items in ORIGINAL condition and packaging with no damage. The cost of shipping and labour will be deducted from the refund amount if the order was shipped. We stand by the quality of our products and do our best to ensure the best value on exercise equipment. Any returns must be approved before being shipped to our receiving address at 102, 17750 56 Ave Suite #514, Surrey, BC V3S 1K4.

For items eligible for return, you can initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team at customerservice@gymshop.ca, and they will guide you through the necessary steps.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Additionally, some products may be subject to a restocking fee. Our customer service team will provide you with all the relevant information and assist you in the return process.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policies. Please allow 1-2 business days for the return process to be completed.
